Workshop Development and implementation of data visualisations: Real projects demonstration
Data visualisation is one of the most important areas of IBA FM MU’s activities within the frame of data processing and analysis. The institute organised a workshop “Development and implementation of data visualisations: Real projects demonstration”, which took place on 15 and 16 November 2018 in Hnanice, South Moravia.

The conference is held in the premises of the Leeds Institute of Medical Education, Leeds, UK, from Thursday 6th to Friday 7th of September 2018. It is jointly organised by the Leeds Institute of Medical Education and the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.

Online Training Course on Virtual Scenarios and Virtual Patients by WAVES
In the framework of WAVES (Widening Access to Virtual Educational Scenarios) Erasmus+ project, the AUTH team has actively participated in the development of an online training course (MOOC) on Scenario-based learning and Virtual scenarios and how to help people practice their decision making and prepare for real world challenges. On this course learners explore technology around Virtual scenarios, learning how to use them in their own teaching or training, which span disciplines such as medicine and health, legal and engineering. AUTH’s contribution is focused on the use of the Virtual Scenario authoring open-source software “OpenLabyrinth”, transferring experience in “virtual patient” cases
KSMU shares TAME experience with Kazakhstan medical schools
KSMU started faculty training programme for all Kazakhstan medical schools.
Presentation of the project at the Ottawa Conference in Abu Dhabi

From 6Th February to 29th of March, 2018, tutorials were held in the framework of the Erasmus + international project "Training Against Medical Error: TAME" with students of the 5th year of the specialty "General Medicine" on discipline " General Medical Practice".
